About Me

I’m a former Master Instructor, Instructor Trainer and Talent Development Lead at Soulcycle and founding instructor at Equinox+. I come to you with 12+ years in the industry holding all the knowledge and success to turn your studio into magic. Over my 12+ years I opened new markets, recruited and trained instructors, partnered with Director of Curriculum to cast instructors for studio needs, created tools and databases for ongoing education for instructors, lead seminars for ongoing instructor development. (ex. playlisting, flow of class, vocals on the mic, taking up space in the room, marketing, branding), regularly audited classes and delivered feedback to make sure they were upholding brand standards, partnered with Director of Programming to place instructors in a schedule that worked for the needs of the business, participated in all feedback, schedule, development, and promotion conversations, taught on average 16 classes a week at 98% utilization and created my own personal brand through social media that benefited the studio.
